    p.s., Since this was my very first post, I want y'all to know that my "team" is not, repeat, NOT the Dallas Mavericks. I only picked them because I could not sign up without selecting a team. I don't like basketball, and I really can't stand pro sports of any kind.

    As for my favorite sport team, it would have to be the University of Oklahoma football. Boomer Sooner!

    What's so great about Robert E Lee? Why should it be obvious that Lee is the better general when he lost the war? Grant is clearly the better writer.
    That's very much the prevailing opinion of the day. Generals and soldiers very afraid of taking on Lee who was basically undefeated for a long time. In most cases, Grant
    won because of numbers and resources only. He was criticized harshly for it, too.

    Remember he was the North's top choice for top general, too. He had kicked ass in the Mexican War too.
