The problem was going into game-7 with a totally wrong offensive plan,you simply cannot score 34 points in the first half.
The biggest problem on a larger scale was to rely on DDR for the whole season (that was maybe necessary, it is already hard to get FA to SA...).
History proves Pop is an overrted playoffs coach, though. This series was already won and could have been a sweep. Still, good luck with next coachesse.
