(NBATV non-HD is 205)
5-2 would be great.
4-3 wouldn't be so bad.
I think we'll see one of those two records.
Spurs have absolutely no reason to start slow. Why do you have to "tinker" to see what works when you just won a championship. Just use the dam players that won it all last year.

Mission accomplished at home.
Now, the Spurs need to improve on first quarter defense, and just keep improving. The best player so far is Tony Parker. He has been simply fantastic in the first two games. He needs to ply with the same intensity on the road. I might be imagining it, but he looks even quicker this year than last year.
Lebron noticed this too:
"He's quick as ," James said. "He's probably the quickest guy in our league along with Allen Iverson. He put pressure on our defense, got into the lane and made layups all night. We weren't able to come across to block any of his shots or even contest any of his shots. That's something we need to work on and get better at."
These are not your daddy's Spurs. This team can flat out run with any team, and last night they looked simply unstopable in their running game.
Coach Brown was shaking his head a few times after SA used maybe 5 secs to score on some plays.
"That separation is something they do, quarter after quarter," Brown said. "They let you stick around a little, think you can run with them, then they kick it up another notch."
Can SA run as effectively on this long road trip?
I can not wait til I see Finley play Dallas next game. Will he score 50 on them?![]()

You forgot to take into account how crappy Finley plays in Dallas.
Looks like the Spurs faired about as well as I had hoped for.
3-2 is not too bad.
