I just saw the second part. It's not as great as the first one but still freaky. Plenty of blood and gore.. yuk! I like movies that give me chills!! Blair Witch Project is one of those.. you hear kids crying in the middle of night when you're in the middle of nowhere. That freaks me out!!! Freddie scares the out of me too b/c he comes alive through your dreams!!![]()
Anyone remember Candyman? I saw that movie when I was like 5 and i couldn't sleep for so many nights!! I hate that movie!!!!
I'm not a huge horror fan, but I found The Ring more disgusting and silly than disturbing and scary.
I'm with Solid D, being that I attempted to watch The Exorcist late at night for the very first time and was unable to. I watched it, THE NEXT DAY, with the lights on.
Being that my religious beliefs allowed for this, I couldn't separate the fiction from the firm reality that I believed this could happen.
Truth is always scary.
I've yet to see saw, and the exorcist :o
Halloween is my all-time favorite scary movie. Especially the scene where, in the middle of the night and it's raining, they drive up to the front entrance to that mental hospital and there are people walking around in the yard, supposedly patients....
and then that music plays. I love the theme song to Halloween, scary as .
^^^ lol
The scariest for me was Exorcist.. I saw it when I was like 12 and got so freaked, never to see it again! But I might just pop it in one day...
Saw kinda freaked me out too so for me that was scary tooo... and so was The Ring.. I hate when that girl jumped outta the television... I jumped!
The only movie that made me lose sleep, and I did for weeks. I will still not watch it when I see it on HBO, I just pass right by it.
Some movies that altered my lifestyle:
Jaws-never wanted to go to beach after this movie
Psycho-never wanted to take a shower with a shower curtain again
Fatal Attraction- Was very careful in who I might want to have an affair with.![]()
wait jim i got an even better one...
starring duff mc-stiffer
Yea, Saw 2 was pretty good, but I also liked the first one better. It did have me cringing at times but wasn't as scary.

blair witch? come on faccia
come on, it scared me. I don't like these hollywood special effects, all blood and guts movies. You don't get the real scare factor, but when a movie works on your senses, like the Blair witch project did with that one scene, its eery. At least for me. Makes you afraid of whats actually lurking in the dark. I didn't want to be alone even to go to the bathroom after I saw that movie. Its probably not the same anymore but dangit if I couldn't even get that image of the guy standing in the corner out of my head either. It freaked me out.
Now BW part 2, that just plain sucked.
dont listen to her...she likes candy corn. ewe!!
The movie that's scared me the most was called White Noise.
and orange flavored pez candy in a glow in the dark pumpkin dispenser MMM!
The Dentist-never wanted to go to the dentist again.

I'm getting more interested in Blair Witch, not the movie...but the whole thingie about it.
Nightmare scared me when it first came out, but it just re-ran on TV and...nothing. And I love being scared so that sucks.
The end of Carrie.
Bits of The Exorcist.
Bits of The Shining.
The Others.
The whole of Batman & Robin - it's TERRIFYING just how BAD that movie is![]()
See Saw, Sense! See Saw!
