Spurs going to draft the best player available at #19. Spurstalk going to have a meltdown if it’s another guard, but I think it may happen. I think #28 will be more telling on who they most like out of the leftover garbage heap.

If Porter is that best player available, we won't draft him. PATFO will not draft a knucklehead, especially after the Load Management fiasco.

I wouldn't mind trading for Snell (plus compensation), but I don't see how to get MIL immediate cap relief from SAS ... Could give them Beli and Bert, who are on 1 year vs Snell's 2, but that doesn't help them right away.

Dream draft for me would be Hachimura / Little at 19 and Samanic at 29.

Rui is massively overrated in these parts, his handles are super weak, do not like that he doesn’t even average a block or steal, his shooting form is so slow, his IQ on defense leaves a lot to be desired, he’s exclusively a small ball 4 at this point, if he’s the best player at 19 sure why not. But I’d rather have Kevin Porter and Bol Bol over this guy. Give me Bazley and Samanic over him too.

He went to the same HS as Murray. They’re very close. Murray is 100% in as it gets. I mean he might literally bleed black and silver. I think if you bring him in and tell Murray and Mills to keep him in line, it works.

That would've worked if they had played together in high school but they didn't. He'd still be worth it to me but I just don't see Pop wanting to take that chance.
