Ok if there area was supposed to be private and secure like the NFL rep. says then it is Benson and/or the NFL's fault that it wasn't.
As for security, LSU athletic officials told Eyewitness News that the NFL and Saints informed them that there was no need to provide extra security because Mr. Benson had his own.

There were people around when this happened and it is in a public area with no fencing or markers or tape or anything to distinguish a private area. I know I left out of a gate that is very near where this happened and I saw no private walkway signs or anything.

So you are basing your opinion on just the audio? Have you actually seen what happened? There is an old saying "seeing is believing". If you watch the video you will see that Benson clearly was the instigator of this activity starting with the shoving of the camera which was clearly not in his way. Oh but I guess you heard this part and were able to come to your conclusion with the audio sound bites.

Yes i seen the video and it was clear Benson did not want to be on camera and asked them to take the camera off him, and they didn't....that says alot....
