True, during the fan cams I can tell the camara men face a major dilemma (in the *good* seats) ... they really, really want the pretty girl on camera, but they are torn because she looks absolutely bored out of her mind and talking on the phone.

I'm with SpursWoman on the reason of school night being the first thing that came to my mind - although the majority of the $120+ seats in camera view are not occupied by children.

I remember the flood of humanity heading for the Alamodome exits, crowding the walkway behind the temporary seats in front of the curtain on May 31, 1999 in the last minute of the game that day.
I'm sure many of those people tell the story about how they never gave up on the Spurs and stayed in their seats through to the bitter, bitter end.
Them and those who had already made it out into the concourse.
i can understand it if fans leave the game when their team is clearly going to lose. that usually happens...
but in the spurs case, they were winning and was playing really good.
thats why i found it weird too why the fans left
Very true ... especially because they were playing like ass the whole game.I remember the flood of humanity heading for the Alamodome exits, crowding the walkway behind the temporary seats in front of the curtain on May 31, 1999 in the last minute of the game that day.![]()

We're talking like we're the only ones who leave a game early. Isn't this true for most NBA arenas?
