Shrimp sandwich....
The Beefeater at Jason's Deli with extra mayo and au jus dipping sauce does it for me.
The submarine sandwich at Capparellis is also a winner.
But I'm still more of a burger guy.
Yeaaa! You didn't say "with au jus".The Beefeater at Jason's Deli with extra mayo and au jus dipping sauce does it for me.![]()
Well, I guess we don't have to ask how regular you keep.
Homemade: nothing beat a good egg BLT in the morning
Storebought: Subway's Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki on wheat bread with lettuce, tomato, and green peppers.
Grilled turkey, swiss, and bacon on sourdough.
If you're going Subway, try this:
Get a meatball sub on the parmesean oregano bread. Add more tomatoes (that's key), olives, onions, banana and jalapeno peppers, and pickles, then top with graded parmesean. The fresh tomatoes with the marinara sauce kicks ass.
i just had a nice m.l.t. mutton lettuce and tomato...its nice, you know, when the mutton is all sliced thin and lean...uhhh...makes my mouth water...

My primo, Rueben, makes a sammich to die for.
His secret is to spread a little Thousand Island salad dressing on each slice of party rye bread. Top with slice of corned beef, small amount of sauerkraut, well drained and Swiss cheese. Arrange on cookie sheet and broil a few minutes until cheese melts. It is the bomb!
We call it a Rueben sammich.
Subway - oven roasted chicken breast on honey oat, toasted with a load of jalapeños toasted into the cheese. Add spinach instead of lettuce, tomato, bell pepper, onion, banana peppers, and black olives. NO CU BERS. For the dressing I like the red wine vinegarette and some parmesan and oregano.
What the dead dude said... There's the Reuben, and a bunch of wannabe sammies. Go to the Stage Deli at the Caesar's Forum Shops in LV, pay the $15 or so. Best Reuben in the country. You will never be the same.![]()
How 'bout a Mexican sammich...the torta with carne asada, miracle whip, lettuce, tomato, avocado and sour cream...served warm and toasted :p
We have a winner!

Man, avocado goes great on anything.
I like a simple bacon, ham, onion, tomato, and avocado sammitch.
Still, nothing s with a double-burger with homemade guacamole and fried red-onions.
because the man has taste and class...

Hmmm...good question. I've gone to a couple places by my house but the tortas there are okay...I don't know a place where you could get a really good one.
