At least Bulgaria was a semi finalist in the 94 WC
Funny thing is Belgium is the first and only team to come back from 0-2 at halftime in knockout round.
Then in the next game against Brazil they were ahead 2-0 at halftime.

Yea, it can be tough when your left back consistently thinks he's an attacking mid.
