Not sure why anyone is getting worked up over ducks opinion about this. He lives in a simple, low functioning box and much like Bobby Boucher, he has likely been told by mama what to think and mama is never wrong. I would venture to say he's a mixture of Bobby and Carl from Slingblade. Technically smart but has very limited social insight and really can't expand beyond the box of "mama said" ideas.
