Watching the highlights, he does have a lot more moves than Poodle and Ewwbanks. At 7’ with 7’4 wingspan and he works hard, he’s a perfect project. I wanted Spurs to draft an athletic big for our 2nd pick, but they probably went for insurance on a solid PG in Tre. He plays a traditional C unlike Metu, and very active in the defensive end. He moves well on PNR and should benefit from a better PG to dish him the ball where he could just dunk it. Aron Baynes was a bruiser, but I think this guy is more skilled and plenty of length. And he chose the Spurs over 4 other teams. He’s ready to work. I’m excited for this kid.

. Just that he’s already 23 and I don’t know if he’s body frame can add another 20 lbs. He gets moved out of the court on a right spin. He has range but low release almost on his forehead that’s why they get blocked. But he has the skills and at ude. But I like that the FO are into defensive guys than ever.
