"Assistant to the Regional Manager ?"
He needs to make a call to Dwight Schrute and pick his brain.

I’m assuming Brett is coming back because he will be pop’s replacement after next season. Glad to have him back. He’sa great coach.
thats my assumption at this point

get familiar with the players and that way he can coach them properly since he will be familiar with them

On a serious note, I'm a big fan of Brett Brown, the person. Back when Kori was one of like four total reporters at Summer League and Brown was the coach of the Spurs team, he went above and beyond to make sure Kori got all the interviews she wanted. Great dude, couldn't be nicer, tbh.

It’s also nice he gets an opportunity to shadow gramps on how not to coach.

Oh , Richardson DEFINITELY gone now, like before training camp. Embiid, Horford, and JRich all unloaded on Bret on his way out the door from Philly.

Josh Richardson bein on our team makes this even more Since he said Brent basically didn't hold anyone accountable in Philly and let player do what they wanted. He is definitely on his way out now.

Brown's 61, he's probably coming back to try to keep Pop sane and because he has a history in player development and coaching while tanking.

If not Snyder (55), Pop's replacement will probably be young, so Brown might stay on going forward as the old head to help guide whoever it is.

Glad Brett Brown is back. We've had a lot of coaching talent leave the last few years. Nice to have a veteran coach rather than someone from the vide dept. Still waiting for Quinn Snyder to rejoin the spurs.

Yep, that's my first thought as well. Brown purposefully tanked for four seasons. He's the Dean Smith of tanking. His experience in that regard is legitimately valuable, no joke.

Sort of, Pop isn't a fan of media mid-game. If you aren't asking really obvious questions the rest of the time he's a fairly pleasant person.

    Not sure if serious....

The Sixers' culture got wrecked by The Process and it doesn't seem to have recovered yet.

We’ll know a full on tank is in place when the Spurs carry a teammate off the court on their shoulders for hitting a 3pt shot in the opponent’s basket to secure a loss against another tanking team.
