It's a shame the death penalty is not an option in this case

Yoni, can you possibly take this on? Snake Boy seems unable to say what he means.

Why does Don Lemon deserve the death penalty?

That's reserved for nurses trying to help people in need

Two judges looked at the same information and said there was no probable cause
No, that's not what they said. As I posted before:

DOJ took it to a grand jury with zero line AUSAs being willing to sign it, only political appointees
Because, apparently (to me, anyway) that was the alternative relief to which the original judges, declining to issue warrants, were referring in their original judgement.

    Y'all are gonna lose
That's what courts are for - not internet forums.

He doesn't but, he's getting the due process I think he deserved.

The due process I'm speaking of is allegations presented to a Grand Jury who True Billed them, and upon which an arrest warrant was issued, an arrest was made, an arraignment was (or is to be) had, and a trial (or plea) to determine guilt or innocence. When you say charging do ent, what do you mean? I've probably seen to what you're referring but, frankly, I don't recall. All I remember are Lemon's self-incriminating videos and, now, the declination to issue warrants from the court, followed by the indictment issued by a Grand Jury.

I'm not saying they didn't use a charging do ent in a press release, I just don't recall. If you're speaking of the indictment. Unless it's sealed by the court, it's public record and there's no reason it can't be discussed in a press briefing environment.

Was this a violation of the FACE Act and deserving of the death penalty?

Unlike the present example, Pete Hegseth's church is not affiliated

I have no way of knowing (see below) but, for the record, I don't believe violations of the FACE Act are capital offenses.

When I try to play it...

When will the ICE agents get the due process they deserve for killing people?

    No .

You don't care about the law. Trump just pardoned a bunch of people convicted under this one.

St. Paul declines to file charges against Don Lemon

“Our office has a legal and ethical obligation to file charges only when the available evidence establishes probable cause and supports a reasonable likelihood of conviction beyond a reasonable doubt,” Kao wrote. “Following a careful evaluation of the video footage, investigative reports, and other available materials, prosecutors determined that the current evidence is insufficient to meet that standard for criminal charges under Minnesota state statutes.”
