That's the pathetic talking point, but I watched the video floating online of the shooter. There is no way a "good guy" with a gun would have been able to react fast enough to keep the death count under 5 or 6. It was incredibly fast and seemingly random. And obviously the Fox New guy didn't see the video of the shooting because he was talking about treating people with respect and non-sense when the shooter just popped out of his car and randomly started shooting people who never saw it coming. So the victims did not instigate it as the Fox News guy seemed to imply could have happened.

Don't know how he could've scouted the presence of the cop nearby. Given the ground he covered, I'm surprised the body count isn't much higher. Maybe the fact it was an outdoor mall helped people clear out more effectively. He could've walked into that H&M and cleaned house.
