And what does that has to do with the discrimination argument? Slavery was prevalent in the entirety of the US since it's founding in 1776 until 1865, followed by all sorts of racial discrimination until 1964.
Basically, they've been on, murdered, etc for ~200 years, and it's been only ~60 years since they could finally put a law in the books to actually make it illegal to do so. No other race in America lived through anything like that.
We could disagree on whether reparations are anything other than political pandering or whatever, but realistically speaking, if there's one race that deserves it, that's black americans.
