the mainstream media is melting down today, also. suddenly, the wemba hype is being tempered down. it's classic "oh , the spurs are back" hate. TNT will have a much different take.

As expected, I guess. I’m curious how the TNT crew reacted though. I feel like as far as they mainstream media goes, they’re the ones who’ve been objective towards the spurs. If they had anything negative to say, at least it was warranted and not just “hating”.

that was hilarious....it was like those fellas who are giving a girl a ton of compliments at first, but then she rejects him. Suddenly, those compliments turn into a barrage of insults and slander. It is very childish and juvenile....completely immature behavior. This is exactly how Rockets and Pistons fans are behaving.

I wonder how the Blazers and Hornets fans are reacting. I have seen nothing from either fan base. I am sure they are disappointed, but not to the level of the other two.

I mean, what more do these guys want? They got Ralph Sampson, Hakeem Olajuwon and Yao Ming, and to a lesser degree, they got Sengun who the Spurs should have picked instead that year. By my count, the Spurs are sort of neck and neck by now getting the number 1 pick. It sucks that Ming and Sampson had injuries, but they had some overall great big men too. It's not like the Spurs have taken all of them. Also, they've blatantly tanked for a few years now, so again, not our fault their picks haven't really worked out great so far.
