this isn't the 1960s anymore... over 80% of the NBA has been Black American for 30 years, and on average Black Americans get paid the highest salaries in sports. The current highest paid QB is black too now, though that may change when Joe Burrow gets paid.

Note that Popovich and the rest focused on basketball in the 2000s rather than condemning Bush nonstop. Less polarized environment back then, and I would argue better, because there wasn't constant fighting and bickering between liberals and conservatives back then. You didn't see a GOP equivalent like Jerry Sloan do the reverse, either.
