i was gonna say that cp3 doesn’t suffer an injury that will keep him out four to six weeks
BUT
given the spurs roster / their desire to win … he may get a lot of burn / playing time / responsibility for his age.
at least pop won’t run him into the ground like thibs would tbqh.
hopefully the spurs making a meaningful splash via trade.
they could easily be the 4th or 5th seed if so.
hopefully pop gets that fire back this season. possible CotY with how perfectly cp3 & wendy will mesh.
How about both? Sochan has a great regular season, and then Rod Stricklands it in Game 7 of the 2nd Round.

Castle shows nice glimpses and potential, with ups and downs at the point and a bad shooting season overall.
Sochan and Branham have a few nice games where they'll "turn a corner"... before getting back to their normal average selves.
Pop still looks lost, saying he likes the marginal improvement of our "core", considering putting Mamu at the point cos "great court vision".
Wemby gets frustrated with the losses, level of play and his teammates, focusing on his stats and chasing the ASG, creating tensions in the team, even if officially it will be "the Boat love".
Every shoot Dilligham makes for Minny will create a meltdown in spurs nation.

Spurs don't trade for any star cos "too expansive", waiting for that superstar at a "fair price", and waiting for Wemby's to develop and become GOAT ready in his 5th year before starting to bring help, cos MJ won his first ship in year 7 and that should be the plan in 2024.

Cam Johnson traded for KJ + Branham + CHI 1st + 2nds.
Duke wins roster spot.
