Most importantly, neither Sochan nor anyone else hurt.
Some of the hot cars go UP in value after a few years.
Most importantly, neither Sochan nor anyone else hurt.
That's how players end up broke. The NBA (and sports in general) are full of examples.
Exotic or semi exotic cars are actually a decent store of value. I’ve basically made a side hustle on my toys over the years. Guys go broke not understanding taxes, gifting family/friends depreciating assets and blowing money in clithes, hoes and jewellery. Newer NBA players with 5ish years or more of longevity have proper financial advisory resources and are simply making too much money to go broke these days.
Shows sochan is not sociopathically focused on basketball. With his broken ass shot and terrible other shortcomings. Dont expect any improvement from him this year. Time to trade him for scraps tbh
barkley said 80% of athletes end up broke.
I mean statistically he’s probably not wrong. Many players probably only get one contract, and those that reup after do so on cheap deals. For every Wemby there are probably 15 Lonnie Walkers.
At least it wasn't a motorcycle crash like Robertas Javtokas
Yep, my buddy switched ends - it was also raining pretty hard.
Not totally true - i mean there are dumb s who combine their idiocy with underestimating a cars potential vs their incompetence
but the cars themselves are not complicated or difficult to drive and most supercars today are actually as easy to drive as any modern car.
Maybe those specifically built for the racetrack where the seats are fixed, a/c stripped out, and racing harnesses installed -
those might require some more effort to drive - but pretty sure this Porsche is not one of those.
According to the police report, the distance between his car and the exit was 22 feet.
Police report also referred to him as San Antonio Spurs Point Guard Jeremy Sochan
At least he wasn’t DUI like RC
I’d take over on that 15 to 1.
It’s a testament to the indelible brand iden y of the Porsche 911 that it is still called the 911, even after 9/11.
Nope but I was never a sports car guy ever not my thing
How many supercars have you driven? If you've ever driven a Ferrari, you know you can't simply roll off a stop light at 1800 rpm.
A Porsche 911 is affectionately known as the Daily Driver Supercar, but that generally refers to a base model. A 911 GT3 (this does not appear to be an RS) is a different beast.
Only a few but they werent mine,
of course the first couple times you are intimidated and the clutches are always like as stiff as a mother er and most people stall the car a time or two.
but its not rocket science and actually as the years have gone by, most supercars have been pussified as more and more marquee brands had to outdo each other in plushness and niceties and navi’s and automanuals and formula one type automatic kunt boxes
so just a little practice and a day at a track and any pretentious kunt is suddenly michael schumacher pre- paralysis…
Dude's got no handles on the court or the road![]()
An OG humble brag. Real Classey.
Typical 20 year old . Glad he's okay.
well Lonnie was a 19th pick not number 1,
That said he's still made over 20 million in his career
oh no. We call it Polish tradition
