Perhaps you should have them change it out or check your line...I never have any problems with mine. My cable box has issues, though.

Mine goes down daily for a minute several times a day. And this is AFTER they put in a new outside cable line to fix In Demand that wasn't working on my HDDVR box.

Perhaps you should have them change it out or check your line...I never have any problems with mine. My cable box has issues, though.

I had a cable box with issues and I traded it in for a DVR. Problem solved!
