I was getting so sick of hearing my gorgeous slim 13year old say she was fat so I took that pic one day and photoshopped my daughter's head on it and emailed it to her and told her the next time she ran around the house saying she was fat I was going to send it out to all of her friends. She thought it was hilarious, but it worked. Now she seems to like herself better.
