I think for undrafted players, they are free game regardless of what SL team they play for. Like Jonathon Simmons who played for the Nets and we signed him.

You definitely notice Carter Bryant’s size and length on defense it’s just a matter of getting his positioning better. He also made a few nice help defense plays at the rim last game including the block on the Knecht layup before the game winning putback.
Kawhi came in pretty stiff hipped early in his career when teams thought he wouldn’t be able to play on the perimeter which is why he fell to 15. Eventually he adjusted and used his size by playing off the ball handler a bit.
CB doesn’t quite have Kawhi length or anywhere near that defensive ceiling but he’s got the same 8’10 standing reach but 7 foot wingspan vs 7’3 for Kawhi.
CB got one of his follow on blocks. Timing coming back.

damn CB hounding his assignment like an angry bee. Lost a step around a screen and still recovers to block the shot against the glass. Good enough stuff for SL caliber play
I like Minnix. But he's also 5 years older than Bryant. Hopefully Bryant 5 years from now is a lot better than Minnix is today.
