In tournaments, there is no rake, it is in the buy in that they make the money. We play a 10+1 tournament, where the house gets the $1.
They burn the card to keep the dealer from cheating, or to make it harder to cheat.

There are tournaments of all sizes.
You can just play in a ring game and there is no entry fee at all.
it looks like 3pm is going to be hard for me. early morning 9 or 10am would be better, but if it must be 3pm I'll still schedule it but not sure if I can play.
As far as I'm concerned earlier is even easier. So you guys agree on a time and I'll join regardless of it (until 5pm that is).
I can play anytime.
As far as what the rake is....
