Isnt it odd that theres a thread sort of complaining about Nick, and then he starts playing well (as far as i can tell from just the stats) and hits the 3!

Maybe, before every game we should start 12 or so different threads, 1 for each player (and probably pop too) - and it might light a fire under their bums... you know, just to be safe.

Who's been guarding Carter when Bowen isn't in the game? Are they doing a decent job or is Carter just missing with visions of Bruce in his head?

    Spurs shooting 59% vs 39%,
    RBs 22 - 15
    3Gs 6/10!!
    .... looks like blowout, but
Spurs up by only 8 at the half.

Poor Tony, he has absolutely no feel in his FTs.

Nets concentrating on Tim, and it's working: only 6 pts and 3 RBs, 4 T0s.

BTW, this Brown's NY team is starting to gel huh?

first, they tortured the Suns w/ that famous win in 3 OTs, maybe one of the classic games this season,

then, tonight they just nipped Cleveland.

so Marbury 19 pts; 7 asst/game, finally understand Coach Larry?

Excuse my ignorance, but ive always been puzzled by this - but does a 3G attempt, count towards the FG attempts, or are they seperate?

for example, if Manu shoots 3/6 from 3, and 6 from 12 for FG, does that mean he only scored 3 other 2pt FG's, along with his 3 3FG's?

How many times has Parker's pocket been picked already??
Tim and Tony with 5 TOs each ... compared to 3 for the entire Nets team

They count in FG% (but are also analysed separetely to just look at 3 point%)

There is a measure of points per FG attempt which is a good stat to look at to evaluate perimeter players more fairly.

3 is a field goal, so it is counted as one.

    IMO. not so sure though...
