god rasho just would got raped time and time again tonight. it was so ing sad, but then again considering the entire team was playing like at least he wasnt alone.

The spurs better start Nazr or this rebounding problems against the pistons and some other teams will spell doom for the spurs.

Never mind. Yahoo was wrong. Nazr did play 5 and a half minutes.
But still, thats not enough! Rasho is getting outhustled to rebounds by the wallaces. And despite the fact that he is 7 ft tall, guys like Prince and Evans were getting rebounds OVER him!! He was just awful! Last game Nazr was SA's best rebounder, yet while Rasho is getting raped on the court, Nazr is sitting on the bench. Complete BS!
Rasho is SOFT AND SLOW!!! Plain and simple!
OK I won't defend Rasho's play - well because there's not much to defend.
But the claims about Nazr are ridiculous. When he played in the first Q the Pistons were getting to the basket at will. It was like we only had 4 players on the floor.
Rasho sucked last night, but here's a newsflash for you: Nazr is even worse! If he wasn't he would take Rasho's spot in a heartbeat (and don't mention playing time - if he'd performed well in trainings he'd get the starting spot too).
I don't know what happened since the playoffs last year but he went from being bad defensively (I'll even give him the benefit of the doubt and blame the Spurs' system) with a decent offensive presence to stinking up both ends of the court (after having a whole summer to work on the "system").
we are blessed to have two, above average centres on our team, stop the in.
now my turn. play marks instead of both those mofo's!
