Yeah, that is what I was thinking. I wouldn't of drafted that many young players because they are not proven so no telling what will happen but I guess it is risk you are willing to take.

T-Pain was talking about where is DeJuan Wagner, I went to google to look up about him. Places had him compared to Allen Iverson So don't believe everything people think.

My goal was to draft (mostly) quality, durable players with 5-10 good years left in them. And I even got lucky on some up-and-comers like Diaw, West and Mo Williams so I should be good for a while.

Some of my role players are older, but shouldn't be too difficult to replace.

I didn't expect David West to be any good....I guess I was wrong or he is just doin good this year.

He was pretty good when he played for Xavier though.

So how long is this dynasty thing going to last for? How much does it cost? Anyway I can join?
It lasts through the whole season and it costs $50 to get in. It is already too late for you to get in though unless someone doesn't play next year.

I'm with you on draft strategy. I mainly went for solid players still young or with potential to be better. If not for problems with the drafting software, I'd be very happy with my team. As it is, I am happy with them right now.

That would explain the trade of Greg Oden for Darius Miles, no?

How many years does it last for?
People are drafting players that arent even in college yet...
The driving concept behind "dynasty" leagues is that the owners carry the rosters over into the next season, season after season. That's why, for example, I drafted Deron Williams in the 3rd round (both leagues).

Good things, like money, come to those who wait.

That was actually a trade of picks - it was made pre draft. And up untill Miles got hurt, it was a damn good trade. Considering how young he is, if he comes back this year and picks up where he left off it is a damn good trade for me.

It's not a good trade when you consider that I, and a few others I am sure, would have given you a 3rd round pick (EASILY) instead of an 8th round pick.

No one made an offer other than the one that was made. I autodrafted the Dleauge draft, which shows you how much I value those picks. They're a roll of the dice, and while a few of those may turn out to be diamonds in the rough, in a leauge this deep you're not going to get by with 2 or 3 stars. You need solid contributers all across the board.

Anyhow, the round I got Miles in doesn't matter, because when he's played this season he's produced like many 2nd and 3rd rounders.

    Lost to Eriks (McAwesome).

But I'll get him back this week.

You've got a team that I could challenge at full stregnth only.

That's whack that I'd be the 4th seed with my record.

I'm hurtin'. Wallace, Iverson, and Harris are all out. So is Richardson, but there are no details anywhere as to why he hasn't played the past three games. But a 2-2 record this week despite all those injuries isn't too shabby at all.

But there is an upside. I now have Donyell Marshall to give me a little more than the 1 point a week Scott Padgett was giving me.

I really should have neld on to Devin Brown a little longer. And i hope they trade Reggie Evans soon.

I liked Diaw's preseason stats when I was scouting during the draft... Hopefully he continues to produce when Amare comes back.

Diaw was a good pick but David West was a really good pick.

Yeah. I didn't even think of David West, more less thought he'd do anything this year.

Injuries have killed me. Anyone else had their top three players injured seriously at same time? Not fun. Plus, they are coming back slowly.....

I had to auto draft and one of my few stars is in and out of the line up.(kenyon Martin) It sucked because the Auto draft drafted 2 guys in round 3 and 4 that had retired....... oh well, I have a couple of good young guys and will have to just fill the roster up as I go.

Yeah, just about everyone has had injuries. I have had big time players out but not for a long time. Well besides Bonzi Wells and Jarvis Hayes, they have been out a lot. Swift has been in and out.
