I don't know, but the Star Wars thing sounds more likely than the San Francisco one.
The reason I'm going with 115 knots is that it comes up a lot when you do a google search. 115 knots equals 132mph winds and apparently that means something in storm terminology. I thought Manny might know what.

Okay, I just checked out the Bushel/Barrel measurement and one it is actually 1 Barrel = about 3.2 bushels, so that's obviously wrong.
