Based on my experience, if you're Mexican, never own a vehicle worth more than $40,000, you'll get stopped so often, you'll start to believe you DID steal it.

Well, i'm not saying all cops aren't fair. I'm just saying some of them are.
I don't fault anybody for their own personal experiences, but most of the cops I've ever met have been cool.
