McDyess has to have the worst whistle in the league.
Z knocked Rasheed down and Sheed laughed at hime while he was laying on the floor and the hit him with the T, absolutely total BS. That's one that will be rescinded!
It's like Laimbeer said, "the refs are in there own little world out there".
McDyess has to have the worst whistle in the league.
He's only had one rescinded, for hanging on the rim....
He was at 12 before tonight's game...
Is it me, or has this gotten ridiculous? Maybe I'm a homer and can't see beyond my own love of the Pistons, but honestly, these past three games have been absurd, haven't they? Perhaps some fans from other teams can give their take and lend perspective, because ever since that game with the Bulls it really seems like the Pistons are getting some ridiculous calls, like those tech fouls last night.
and his flagrant the other night that everyone said was an "accident" was UPGRADED to a flagrant 2

Officials have whistled Pistons for misbehavior 10 times in three games, no laughing matter.
Joanne C. Gerstner / The Detroit News
CLEVELAND -- Maybe Bulls coach Scott Skiles has pulled off a Jedi mind trick on officiating crews for Pistons games.
Ever since Skiles complained about the Pistons being whiners, the officials have called technical fouls on Detroit at a mad clip.
Try 10 technicals in three games. The one that really has the Pistons scratching their heads was Monday's called on Rasheed Wallace -- for laughing.
It seems to be open season on the Pistons, and they're wondering what's up.
"No laughing in basketball, it's a serious sport or you're going to get thrown out," Wallace said, with a sarcastic lilt. "When you're on top, all people are going to do is bring you down. That's pretty much all I can say about that. We just have to keep doing what we've been doing, all the techs, like three, four, five a game, all we do is win.
"That's the ultimate spit in the face right there. They want to see the downfall, but we can't let them."
Wallace said Monday's unusual technical didn't rate at the top in his career.
"Oh, it's No. 2," Wallace said. "No. 1 is the one I got when I was with Portland, playing against L.A. I got one just for looking at the ref. That's all. Just looking with a blank look. This time at least I got a little more in."
Even Pistons coach Flip Saunders has two techs in the last three games.
The Pistons plan to appeal Wallace's technical.
Piling on
Wallace learned before the game that he was fined $5,000 and his foul from Sunday's game against the Cavaliers was changed to a more serious stature.
Cavs center Zydrunas Ilgauskas elbowed Wallace in the opening seconds of Sunday's game. He said after the game that his elbow wasn't intentional.
The referees missed Ilgauskas' elbow, so there was no call for that.
Wallace's elbow at 1:47, by his own admission, was more deliberate. He soundly popped Ilgauskas in the forehead, immediately opening a bloody gash.
"I'm not going to start the game by cracking a cat in the skull if I don't get elbowed first," Wallace said Sunday.
Ilgauskas briefly left the game to get five s ches to close the wound.
Wallace's elbow was immediately called, with the refs assessing a flagrant-1foul. The foul gave Ilgauskas two free throws and the Cavs the ball. A flagrant-2 is more serious, carrying an automatic ejection.
Wallace will not receive an ejection or suspension from the NBA's post-game decision.

According to Marc Stein on ESPNEWS, 'Sheed has 13 techs, which leaves 3 for the season. In the playoffs, it becomes a clean slate and he can get 7 techs after which he would be suspended.
He has 15 - it was all over the local papers today. Unless the Pistons win the suspension of the last one, he'll have 15 until tomorrow when he'll wipe some sweat out of his eye, and the official will think it's some obscene new way to show up the refs.
Cue celebration from Kool and the Gang
Trainwreck2100 would like to congratulate Sheed on doing what he believed to be the impossible.
He will be suspended for the next game which will be against the Hornets on Tues
Well, if you're gonna miss a game I guess that's the one.
he didn't even say much...
Sheed told Javie that the foul against Ben Wallace should've been a flagrant,
than Javie was like I didn't even see it, its not my call, than Sheed said Thats what you guys always say...TECH! for that? Thats just stupid
Nah.. he timed it perfectly. The slumping Hornets at home, with a game in Miami after that. He'll be nice and rested up for the battle in South Beach. Dumars probably told him to get a tech today so he wouldn't be tempted to get one against New Orleans.
That is a stupid analysis.
Looks like Steve Javie wanted to hit the Piston's PA announcer Mason with a tech too.
When Rasheed Wallace was charged with a technical, it got so testy that Mason was admonished by official Steve Javie for contorting his face. Wallace might be subject to a one-game suspension for picking up his 16th technical foul. He has been called for 19 this season, but some have been rescinded.

In reference to Rasheed's question of why the hard foul on Ben Wallace by Tim Thomas wasn't upped to a flagrant, the ref said, "I didn't see it," to which Rasheed replied, "you always say that."
Ref: TECH
ref gets owned and T's him up
internet
Javie is a prick who thinks way too highly of herself.
javie has cost us before.. he is a little girl..
