I try to as little as possible just because I understand the forum is more important than that thread. It just kind of sucks but , forum life goes on.

There's a way to bring it back, but it won't be in it's original form. It would be broken into pieces. Every certain amount of posts (say 4000) it would automatically start a new thread, linking to the prior one.
I think it's a huge hassle to do, but Slomo says they can do it. To me, it's just not a top priority right this second.
