Considering how valuable and irreplacable Bowen is, it is funny how "little" he gets paid compared to the superstars of the league.
People complaining about the ugly jumpshots, selfishness, laziness on defense and lack of team play? Then reward them accordingly. If a guy can dunk, he's going to at least have his 15 minutes of fame (Dee Brown, Kenny Walker, Harold Minor, Desmond Mason), and some of them get financial rewards out of it (Dee Brown and Harold Minor), but if a guy spends all his time working on defensive skills, how to fit in a team, yada yada, he gets NOTHING ... well, other than the $4 million per year contract, I guess nothing compares to less deserving people.
