My solution to a bad day and a bad month are the same: Shopping. There's nothing like buying a brand new outfit, even if it's just a new shirt/pants, or shoes and walking around showing it off Instant confidence and mood booster.

Of course, at the end of the month when you get ur credit card bill, you end up having another bad day

I find that ice cream helps also.
