We ended up hitting Market Square instead. We ate so damn much, but it was all good. One of the ladies gave me too much change and I didn't realize it untill I was in the cab on the way home, so we paid it forward and gave the cabby a big ass tip. Damn, greasy food is good.

We were there too for a while. Then Jess cut her finger on my swiss army knife trying to cut a tag off her new wallet and we had to spend the rest of the night at the Nix. But the Mercado was definitely the place to be. Someone tried starting some with me while I was standing outside the Nix having a smoke. If that's any indication of the type of assheads that were at NIOSA, I'm glad I didn't go.

I went on Wed. as the DD for the group and it was an absolute blast, though unfortunately the majority of my time was spent babysitting, and not eating.

However, I noticed that people down there were either really friendly, or insane assholes, and for that reason I will not be going out of my way to attend in the future.
