Not much I must were the stabilizer six weeks with the same angle. It won't be fast till everything will be okay. Then all the process of streaching and building musles with the rehab. Dammit why I went on that surgery (?) And it hurts (the knee, the liagtments)
It's not easy to do the simple home things like food or the bathroom stuff

And right now I'm not feeling well. It's like I'm gonna :throwup

Ofcourse I've got to take some medicine in pills and 'shots'.

I feel so tired. I thing I will go to sleep (3:20 pm)

Well you know, I was playing a game called basketball ( I don't know if you know it - you are shooting a ball to a iron cyrcle with nylon net).
And when I was on a fastbreak in a full speed I decided to make a little "change direction" move with fakeing the direction of it. My upperleg agreed with me but the lower part of my leg didn't. So you could hear the *krank* sound....and all that happend on October 2003....then in 2005 (March I had one surgery - not the liagment - only the artroscopic remove of the * Łakotka* (take a look on the pic). But it wasn't enough.....so after all "getting back" on basketball court and twisting the knee few times I had to go for this one.
And what has occured on the surgery? My ACL was not exsisting it was in a peaces but useless (and I was playing basketball with it ).
They took the transplat from waay under my thigh. Then they band the 'ligament' in 4 and put it in my bone. All the hammer stuff and so on was funny when I was lyeing there not that funny right now (they needed some space in the bone )

Okay sory for my english. And now at hme I'm not feeling well. tommorow should be better
