    Nash and Nowitzki missed the playoffs in 1999 and 2000. Peja Stojakovic is one of them. His rookie season was in 1998-99, Sacramento’s first year in the postseason in forever. This was his eighth season in the league.

    1998-99 is the cutoff.

    You do realize that Rasho joined the T-Wolves AFTER completing his season in Europe and the Euro-league Finals. He could have gotten more money and an additional year on his contract by just waiting for the summer like everyone else does, but he went to Minnesota and joined the T-Wolves as soon as he was free from his obligation to his Italian team in May 1999. That is why he only played 2 regular season games as a rookie- that's all he was there for.
