80 percent fat is better than ty salad.
Pre-packaged burgers are pretty nasty .... especially if they've sat in your freezer for a long time.
Also, if you do buy them and freeze them, make sure they are 100% thawed out before you cook them. I had one the other day from a concession stand and it was very obvious it was cooked frozen, it was like nasty cardboard.

Ostrich is also a really good subs ute for beef. It's very lean though, so you'll need to make the necessary adjustments.
