75% of teams that win game 3 after being tied win the series..

The odds are agaisnt you and like I said, The Spurs are not known for overcoming this kind of trouble.
100% of the time Dallas and SA have played in the playoffs the Spurs have won the series.

Uh oh, the odds must be against you and the Mavs, and the Mavericks aren't known for winning anything, period.

the spurs have never won a playoff series since Timmy came to SA, and this is the first time trailing a series since the Spurs played the Lakers in the 2002 semifinals. Saw it on ESPN. Time to overcome the odds...
    WTF???????

Hey this a great Mavs team we're playing against this year give them some cred. We can't get y. The Spurs have to go out there and play their asses off. They were right there tonight in Dallas. Next game, the same intensity. A few more corrections. Dallas is a tough challenge we need to overcome.

Sorry, I wasn't looking call you out or anything. I guess I was talking about the odds in General...whenver they bring it up, or players bring it up...it's like "cmon forget about the odds and just play for the win that night" cuz you're still in it.

T-pain got the line all wrong. The line was "The Spurs have only been down 2-1 once before in the Duncan era, and it was a losing effort"
    already been corrected

I wonder what the record is when trailing after 3 games in the TD era. It's probably only a couple of losses

How many times have the Spurs been trailing after 3 games in the Tim Duncan era?

Like 4 times? 3 of them to the Lakers? Once to the Jazz?

Last year we hadn't ever won a playoff series in which we didn't have HCA when we faced the Suns(who had bounced the Mavs)...Guess what? That was our easiest series of the playoffs...

I believe in 2003 we hadn't ever won a game in the Duncan era in which we were down 0-1...That year we did it...after going down 0-1 to guess who? The Mavs. Or maybe it was the Suns...

Hadn't ever played in a game 7 before last years Finals...and Detroit hadn't lost a game 7 in forever...Guess what happened?

These stats are meaningless...Like the one in 04...you know, the one where we had never lost a series after being up 2-0? With a team even Phil Jackson
said it probably wasn't possible to beat 4 times in a row?

BTW...We will win this series. You know why?

We've got guys that can hit their outside shots when they are left open....whenever we have that we win championships. That's my stat...

Um the only teams that have had us down 1-2 are the Lakers...and the Jazz in Duncan's rookie year.

any stat you want to use works against us when the Lakers are involved.

Scratch that..we've only been down 1-2 2 times in the Duncan era...the Jazz in 98 and the Lakers in 02...

Not a real big sample size there.

But if it makes you feel any better....Neither of those Spurs teams were as good as this one...and the Mavs aren't anywhere near as good as those Lakers and Jazz teams.

Here I'll give you a stat to put your mind at rest...

The Mavs are 0-2 against us in the Duncan era....even when they get the series lead.

They are 0-1 in series against us in which they have the lead.

0-2 against us when they don't have HCA.

0-1 when they lost the first game of a series against us.

I mean these stats have as much meaning as anything else...

Damn, remember when the Spurs hadn't won a series against the Shaq-Kobe-Zen Lakers?

Now we're talking about being down a game to the Mavs?

    Here's a stat for ya...

The Spurs are 15-2 in series in which they have HCA in the Tim Duncan era.

My bad...16-2...forgot about the Kings. Who kicked our ass a lot worse in game 3 than the Mavs did.
