So the world's largest outdoor festival is going on, called Riverfest on the Arkansas River in LR and NLR, Train, Lifehouse and others are playing.. and I saw something amazing.
Some drunk dude from Texas, wearing a Horns hat started yelling "The next mother er that downs my Horns will get their ass beat." Needless to say he drew a crowd of folks in red, and took off running. Some dudes caught him and made him yell GO HOGS or they would throw him in the river. I witnessed all of this.
So in conclusion, Texas, as well as Arkansas, have some pretty seriously ignorant fans.

I thought they posted the odds the other day. I think I seen Texas by 40 on North Texas on hornfans.
This game will end up being close to meaningless as both teams are closing in on the 7-4 seasons and minor bowl berths.

first of all USC has 12 games. second, i think they will end up 11-1. but i am really hoping for 12-0 and a return to the championship. and with the exception of UCLA and ARK all the tough games are at home....SWEET!

And fyi, if USC goes into the Hill without concern or worry they will get their ass beat. Word from the team is the guys are taking this game as if it's a Texas game.
(whenever arkansas plays texas its like a NT game for arkansas, dunno why, maybe cause of the old swc and some heartbreaking losses, but people here seem to hate texas with as much passion as oklahoma)

johngateswhiteley, you just gave up too much on the offensive end to be thinking about 11-1 or 12-0... your defense was average at best to begin with, I don't see it jumping to elite level just out of nowhere. Booty and/or Sanchez may come in and do a good job at QB, but you are trying to replace two stud RBs with.... ?
brutalis, out of the SEC, 8-4 and the Cotton would be pretty respectable. It appears your homer glasses blind your vision if you think the Hogs are going to be this year's version of '04 Auburn.
8-4 is respectable. especially in the SEC. and i have not said about being the 04 tigers. simply put, anything less that 8 or more wins is a huge failure.
i am well aware of big 12 football and t.u. and Arkansas. not only did i go to A&M my freshman year but my sister went to A&M and my dad went to A&M. been going to all the home games since i was about 10....and still do.

it will be running back by committee, and there are some great backs coming in. not to mention good rb's already at the program. while the receiving corps will be tops in the country and the defense much improved.

...now, even though i think you're points thus far have been moronic, i always remain fair. you are correct, it is not very common....i don't know anybody that went to A&M and then USC, however, i do know a girl that went to USC and her brother to A&M. but thats pretty much it. i attended A&M, USC, and CLU.
