Tonight, the arena is set for one of the greatest battles ever witnessed. Let's meet the opponets...
"The Champs"
The Champs reached their status the old fashioned way, with hard work, discipline and heart. But as they stand today, they are in deep on the verge of being wiped off the face of the earth. The champs now represent the underdog in all of us. They now have a one-in-a-million longshot and must battle back their way to the top. Through the course of 9 playoff games, the champs showed the fighting spirit we all wish to possess, and when they won, we felt like maybe we could win too. Now the champs have it harder than ever and tonight might be their last chance at redeption...
"The Contenders"
A new brutal face has showed up on the playoff scene this year, the Contenders. They are coldhearted steroid pumped killers from a ruthless land called Dallas, which is ruled by Satan's son himself.
They are on a mission to anihilate everything on their path. The champs made a fancy entrance to the fight in game 1 of the series, but now are down for the count and time is running out!.... The Contenders' killer at ude showed after the next 3 games. They have proved to be a formidable foe for the champs. During their bout the Contenders pounded the Champs with their brute strength and speed but the Champs still prevail... at least for one more round....
The Champs know that they are older, weaker and slower than their opponent, and that they have taken too much beating in the past. They know that their body is not what it used to be, but they don't want to give up just yet. Giving up would go against the champs' spirit, what they represent, and what the people who once believed in them expect.
Critics dismiss them, refs disrespect them and they even get spit in the face by the Evil Overlord himself, Count Stern.
But more and more people ask the question: Is the impossible really possible? The Champs follow their instict, and decide that they will follow their destiny, even if in the end it might mean their death. The game has changed and the refs are no friends anymore, but one thing that has not changed is The Champs desire to be the best. Tonight, the Champs have one more shot to survive one more day in their journey to be the best once again.
LEEEEET'S GET READY TO RUMBLEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
