I'm gonna go with Jason Bourne. He fights using the Filipino Martial Arts, Kali.

Actually, in the movies, he was trained in Krav Maga - in a few of the makings of, Matt Damon states that he specifically trained in Krav Maga. While he might use Kali in the grapplings techniques (as Krav Maga doesn't teach true grappling skills like you see in movie 3,) ALL of his disarming and throw techniques are pure Krav Maga. Damn moves are scary.
