I'd agree that yea, he picked a ing horrible time to have a bad night...but WTF is this? He's been among the most, if not THE most consistant player in the post season. He's averaging 28.4 PPG 12.4 RPG in the post season. 27.7 and 16.7 against the Suns, 27.1 and 13.3 against the Spurs and 31.2 and 7.7 against Memphis.
Take away the trips to the line and those stats look a bit different.
Getting to the line is a good thing.
I think the Mavs Fans love the Spurs and their Fans.

As a Mavs fan, I respect the out of the Spurs. I don't come on here to bash your team, I come on here because there's typically more traffic and more conversation going on. I don't really think it's an issue to come on the board just because I'm not primarily a Spurs fan.
I think it's a sad testament when there's more traffic of Mavs fan on a Spurs board then a Mavs board
Too bad playoff mvp trophies aren't offered. It would be a good consolation prize for Dirk and mates.
It's not about Mavs traffic, it's about traffic in general. NBA fans talking about whatever games are on. I find more conversations of interest on this board than any other.
Either way, I don't think it's 'sad' that the Mavs don't have a great messageboard.
Take a look at the headings and topics of the threads on the first page and you'll see which fans are obsessed. There are four headings with Mavs/Dirk etc in the le and several more about the last series, a week after that series has concluded! There's no sad testament, Kori runs a great board and I don't see you ing about Suns and Pistons fans...oh wait, the Pistons fans have probably all crawled into a little hole by now.

Dude, it has nothing to do with obbsesion. Its just that the Spurs are done for the year and it just so happens that Dallas was their last opponant. Im sure if SA would have won, there would be alot of threads about the Suns. If SA lost in the first round, there would be threads about Sacto.
What else are we supposed to talk about? The Spurs last game of the regular season against Houston?
