    An anchovy neither looks or tastes at all like bacon...Plus an experienced waiter should always ask if the customer prefers the food item with or with out anchovies....

    My guess is that Sequ was looking all snappy in his best "powder blue leisure suit" and so they naturally assumed he was experienced with their menu....
