I wasn't getting y. I just think it's funny that you come in here telling us how to act like every other Mavfan since you beat us. It's not a few, Adrienne. It's like 90% of Mavfans. Ask any of the regulars.

You're right. I would estimate that 90% of the Mavs fans...or more...ON THIS BOARD are complete idiots. But this board does not = the whole world, and it is when I see people generalizing the entire population of Mavericks fans that I get pissed off. If we generalized Spurs fans from a few samples on this board, I would think that San Antonio was home to a million morbidly obese alcoholics.

I think most of us are not concerned at all about mavs fans that don't post on here. Also, if I tend to find a board that is annoying, I don't go back, much less ac ulate 3,300 posts.
It's just that, if your neighbors are going to go buy a car, or remodel their house, do you feel the need to tell them what car to buy, or degrade them because they chose the wrong color to paint their house?

Yet another thread with Mavs fans telling Spurs fans how to behave. I know for a fact that Mavs fans are idiotic annoying morons, and I'm not just going by the ones on this board. I know lots of them in person, have been to Dallas several times and seen plenty more, etc. This is the same city that after SA won the NBA championship in 03 and I wanted a championship t-shirt pretended like they'd never heard of the NBA Championship. Which btw I thought was kind of funny, but seriously footlocker and champs and stores like that should have had some sort of shirt or Spurs jersey of some sort. They have that stuff in every other city in the country, even LA, why is Dallas so special. I did end up finding some at a random store in one of the surrounding cities and the best part of all was that I practically got all of my 03 gear for free because it was so ridiculously marked down. Funniest thing ever. I'd been going around offering to pay twice what one of the shirts was worth and yet I got a shirt and more for less than half. But back to Mavs fans, complete and utter trash. On the same level as the Ok. State fans that cheered whenever one of our players was injured during the game, or the USC fans that felt the need to yell horrible things at me in Cali, or the OU fans I encountered at my first texas-OU game. No, not every single Mavs fan is a worthless excuse for a human. There is a very very very VERY small handful of them that are actually worth talking to. Really nice people, but that small bunch is way overshadowed by the idiots we see on this board and are most likely to run into on the street. The # of good Mavs fans is about the # of fans they had before Cuban bought the team. Its not a big one.

I apologize for getting testy. I shouldn't have been reading SPURS fans opinions late at night when I'm tired, and they're angry.
I've slept on it however, and realize that none of that matters, because the bottom line is the Dallas Mavericks are going to the finals, and the Spurs and Suns are not.
