I read somewhere that the reason Bumblebee is a camero is, VW would not let them use the bug because they don't want to be associated with violence. So they went with the Camero.

To this day it's the one movie where I haven't been able to handle death in it rationally. I was sad as when Optimus, Ratchet, Brawn, Ironhide, Wheeljack, and Windjumper were killed.

I like the idea of the movie, but I dont like the fact of changing the characters. Making Bumblebee a camaro is stupid, o ers his name is bumblebee not bowtie. I think it should still be interesting with some decent special effects. Trailer says 7-4-07.

understatement of the year. the studio shoulda got someone else to give this flick some credibility.. i will probably still check it out for nostaligic purposes though. ing transformers rule.
