If another time is good for you guys that's cool, but if it's that weekend of the 7th/8th I'll be out of town so you guys would have to do it without me...and Orion would be out too apparently.

That's actually what I meant, but when Orion said he couldn't make it on the 7th I realized I was going out of town for a wedding that weekend too...I guess I should edit the first post teh "3 weeks". My bad.
