Well it's clearly air brushed, and I think I've come to the conclusion based on the article in this thread, and this air brushed picture that Keira is in fact actually an ugly MAN!
After looking at that pic... how can she say now that she's not anorexic?? You can see her ribs and shoulders sticking out. No way that girl eats whatever she wants when she wants.
The pic posted by PM5K is an older one. And she has stated that anorexia is prevelant in her family.
