I heard you called me a loser. That's fine my team sucked last year and I have no problems admitting it. Tpark wasn't a loser though. Tpark won straight up and you should thank him for trading you Larry Johnson.

Loser sounds to me like a guy that was so afraid of losing the championship, he wanted to split the money right before. Sounds pretty skerred to me.

But for you to make derogatory comments about myself, LJ, Kori, or Tpark is uncalled for. The whole season you were berading people about trades and a real jerk about negotiations. You got paid all of your winnings and I mailed a check to you for our side bet. No one did you any wrong so to come in here saying anything to that nature reflects on you.

I hope you do end up playing in a redraft league for whatever price. $10, $20, $50, $250 - doesn't matter to me. But, I will beat you this time. And to back it up, I'll put my $ where my mouth is. You name the amount and I'll beat you.

    What do you say?

The money doesn't matter, what matters is I'll beat you.

    Okay as we continue ..

Subject up for vote so far are:

Two college draftees vs No college
Keeper status transferred in trade - Yes or No
PPR - Yes or No (What is PPR?)
    2WR/1Flex vs 3WR

The 15 yards for receiving/rushing are set. Yes

I don't know if anyone has a problem with the passing yards. I would like 1pt/30 but 1pt/40 is fine.

PPR = Points per reception. Some leagues give a point or fractional points (.5 or .3 or whatever) per reception.

I have the fourth pick in the draft, I guess it could be worse.

Actually I haven't randomized the picks yet. That list you saw was just how I input it. I'm waiting for the final few people to pay up before we decide on the keeper site and set the draft order.

We should be good to go by early next week.

    Good try.

We are waiting for the final votes.

So far it looks like keeper status transfers with trades.

We will draft one college player. (some people wanted two, some wanted none -- so it's a compromise)

So I'm waiting on a couple votes for/against PPR and for/against Flex.

Everything will be cemented by Friday.

they'll get there yardage points if they catch enough balls, and I don't like getting a point for every swing pass out of the backfield. I just like standard 2, 3, 1 lineups better.

    WAIVERS

After the rosters are set, all players not on a team are free agents on waivers.
During the season, we process the waivers each Tuesday evening.
The selection order for waivers during the season goes in reverse order of the current year-to-date record of each team.
I just registered and noticed the waiver settings were "Sunday-Tuesday Waivers = NO."

Is that something that will change?

You registered for the other $50 league. The info I gave you was for the non-keeper league. This keeper league we are playing on another software. We haven't gave out the signup info for this league.

Maybe I wasn't clear when I gave you the info which league it was for.

Ah ... Thanks for helping me stay organized.

[very small font]still, are we going to allow players to capitalize on injuries at,say, 2 o'clock on Sunday afternoons?[/very small font]

I'm cool if we do, 'cause rules are rules, but inevitably (in a money league), a few people will get pissed when they lose money because they were not uber-vigilant on Sunday afternoons.

More succinctly, I support all free agent players being placed on waivers Sun-Tues, simply because it introduces a geek element otherwise - and I'm a geek.

I didn't really fiddle with the waiver settings on that league. Waivers always confuses me, here are my choices on yahoo ...

After draft, make all unowned players:
    Choices:
    Free Agents
    Follow Waiver Rules

    Time players are on waivers:
    Choices:
    1day through 7 days

    So what should I do?

You are not alone, waiver rules have always confused me.

What you quoted above sounds good, but is there an additional setting you can see as a commish for Sun-Tues Waivers? I saw it when I signed up, but after the fact I could not find it by clicking on the "settings" link. Maybe you see something different as a commish?

    Crazy Yahoo mind trick?

If you can find the Sun-Tues setting, I'm not sure why anyone oppose it, unless part of their strategy was extreme Sunday vigilance.
