    Now, Wolff and Richard Lee play in the same home poker game, and Wolff said Lee beat him out of a big pot last month that would have sent the judge to Las Vegas for the World Series instead.



    It will be interesting to see if politicians get in trouble in all this.

    No. He was a bookie. That is illegal. Once a person is suspected of such an activity, RICO laws come into affect.

    But they play in the same HOME game, which I know a lot of other local politicians play in. That's what I was alluding to.

    The article I quoted says that they play in the same home game. Read around on poker sites about San Antonio, many other politicians here play in the same game.

    Well home games aren't illegal unless theres a rake. Still, that the judge was friends with this guy isn't a good thing as far as politics go.
