    Yesterday, in accordance with birthday tradition, I went with a friend to Malik's restaurant on 1604 near 1-10.

    I had my heart set on the shrimp pasta. I have been anticipating it for seriously two weeks now.
    Imagine my horror, when I open the menu and discover Malik terminated the pasta portion.
    And to make matter's worse, that location does not offer the Chicken Caesar salad wrap- my second most favorite.
    It was so disappointing.

    On an interesting note, the waitress told me that the Quarry Malik's is closed because Malik is building a new resturant at 1604 and 281.
    She didn't say when it would be opening though.

    Sorry your menu items weren't on there, but good news on why Malik's Quarry location closed. I was afraid that it was because business was bad but glad to hear he's building another one. It's a tradition whenever I visit SA to go to Malik's.
