I actually agree with you on this...many American's do have that mentality that the "world revolves around them."

Oh no!!!!!!!!!
I'm sorry Tony.
Get well soon!
I am sad for Tony.
With the olympic games, the soccer world cup is the biggest sport event in the world. In soccer, the stars born in the World Cup. That is not true for basketball. Its funny but in other sports, club fans have pride in their players being National Teamers. They only get upset when their players get pulled for tons of friendlies and the ship is still in the balance. And the big soccer teams, 20-25 of their 30 players play in national teams.
Whatever, any player should be proud to play for his NT.
SA fan should not forget that the INSEP (where Tony learned basketball) spent time and money on him when he was younger. The payback is playing for NT.
that sucks....it would have been nice to see manu and tony play against each other...get well tony!
How dare you?
I´m very sorry for Tony. In the Hotel he told Manu before the x-ray that he fells "broken" and Manu say nothing about that (he knew what this means)

Typical of the rest of the world. Take the money with one hand, and hold the megaphone to with the other. your high and mighty . He's en led to his opinion.
at least he can recover his legs
Stick your money up in your ass, asshole.
up my ass? Sassy frass, drink from the red white and blue glass! We have Class, and I caught you a nice fresh SEA BASS! We move more Mass! and oh by the way, I PAY MORE for GAS than you, u Ass!
Welcome to the U.S.A. its our NBA
let's keep the insults in a min. and stay on topic
actually this is unlikely. Maybe in Russia or Venezuela or Saudi Arabia where they produce a lot of gas its cheaper, but most places its not. here in Chile its about $1.45 a LITER, times 3.78 for a gallon, and you have $5.48 a gallon. I think in the us its about 3.50-4 a gallon?
and Bruno is right, if the argentine and french federations hadnt spent money on parker and manu, who knows if the spurs would have scouted them in the first place. But more importantly, the players are not slaves and it is their decision. The spurs org understands this and lets them play (with the requisite insurance paid for by the federation). Too bad some dumb ass fans think they own the players. But hey feel free to exercise your freedom to be stupid.
